Come to the Nuyaka Creek Winery Spring Wine Festival near Bristow, purchase a wine glass and taste over a dozen different wines May 18 from noon to 6 pm. This spring festival also includes live music, tours of the winery, food, wine tasting, outdoor entertainment and vendors selling local products. Clauren Ridge Vineyard and Winery is a new winery in Edmond. The winery offers Syrah, Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as blended wines with distinction. Come for a visit and try them in our “Rustic-Italian” tasting room over-looking the large crushing and fermentation area where wine is created!! We also feature an adjoining vineyard just outside the winery that is perfect for weddings or a stroll through the vines.
Clauren Ridge boasts Oklahoma’s exclusive wine cave, typically seen in the grape-growing regions of California and Europe. Definitely unlike anything else in the state!! This enchanting cave has two large rooms and is primarily used for aging wine in oak barrels, gourmet wine tasting dinners, wedding receptions, and corporate events. These caves naturally provide for the temperature and humidity controls necessary for aging wine.

Timetable for all Dinners:
5:30 - Social Hour for arrival of guests in the Tasting Room with fancy appetizers and a glass of our newest wine.
6:00 - Tour of the Fermentation Room with discussion of winemaking procedures and tasting of young wine “straight from the barrel”.
6:30 - Seating in the “Dining Cave” for the remainder of the Tasting Dinner.
